There are lots of misconception between old age and exercise. Very often, people do not link these two together. They would think as you grow old, you should gradually retired from all forms of exercise. It is not true at all.
Sport Science has given lots of evidence to show that if one would want to have better quality of life, he should continue with his exercise.
