Cross Training


In modern sport training, cross training usually would benefit the athletes more. Firstly, it would break the monotony of training sequence; secondly, it also help to train groups of muscle that were hard used in the primary sporting activity.
Therefore, a coach has no harm in acquiring some other sport coaching experience to enhance his own coaching level. Based on this perspective, I have gone through the Tchoukball C license coaching course and obtained the qualification of Tchouckbal C license.
